EZ2 Read in the Classroom

Beginning readers need extensive practice. Our cost effective, supplemental reading products support all programs with quality material that is difficult to find at K-2 reading levels.

Our products are known for their attention to detail and humor in spite of the very controlled vocabulary. Attention is paid to extra space between words and easy to read fonts. Simple graphics don’t divert attention. The text is a combination of decodable words and high frequency vocabulary that is slowly introduced and then reinforced throughout. When the text is a bit more complex, it is in a repetitive format that makes it easily accessible to beginning readers.

• All EZ2 Read products are reproducible blackline masters intended for use with pre-k – 1st grade children.
• Material to practice skills is presented in small measured steps
• High frequency sight words are practiced with repetitive, patterned-predictable text.
• Short vowel decodable words are presented systematically with a very controlled vocabulary.
• Special attention is paid to font style, font size, extra spacing between words, sentence length and picture cueing.
• Most little books may be run back-to-back on one 8.5 x 11 piece of paper.
• Purchased material is licensed for unlimited use at one site.
